I made this office scene during the first two weeks of a summer internship which I did at a company called NIIT. We were given a 3D scan of the room to make sure all the walls were in the right place. I was then asked to model everything within the room as I test of my modelling ability, I was able to make the assets as detailed or basic as I wanted. I decided it would be the best option to make each asset fairly low poly, with no PBR textures as I would be able to achieve the look I want without and it would give me more time to make a more complete environment.
Having been asked to model just the assets within the room, I took it upon myself to import all of them into Unity and add a first person character controller. This allows you to take a better look around the room, and meant it was all entirely real time rendered.
